1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of whimsicalforge.com and to purchases made from Whimsical Forge Designs through this website.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order through the website.

2. About Whimsical Forge Designs

Whimsical Forge Designs is an Oregon-based small business offering products that may include 3D-printed creations, sublimation products, laser-crafted products, custom gifts, and related handmade or small-batch items.

Product availability and offerings may change over time.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, materials, pricing, and other information accurately.

Because many of our products are handmade, 3D printed, sublimated, laser crafted, made in small batches, or made to order, minor variations may occur between the product shown online and the product you receive.

These variations may include small differences in color, texture, layer appearance, finish, pattern placement, or other characteristics resulting from the manufacturing process.

Screen and display settings can also affect how colors appear online.

4. 3D-Printed Products

3D-printed products are created layer by layer and may contain visible layer lines, minor surface marks, seams, support marks, or other characteristics commonly associated with additive manufacturing.

Unless specifically stated in a product listing, our products are not intended to be used as safety equipment, medical devices, protective equipment, or in other applications where failure could cause injury or property damage.

Customers should follow any care, age, heat, food-contact, or usage information included with a particular product.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices, promotions, shipping charges, or other pricing information at any time before an order is placed.

The price charged for an order is the price confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled. Orders may be subject to inventory availability, payment authorization, production capacity, and verification.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Insufficient inventory
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Technical errors affecting the order
• Inability to produce a custom or made-to-order product
• Requests that violate law, intellectual-property rights, or our policies

If we cancel a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, any applicable refund will be handled using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

7. Payments

Payments made through our website are processed through Square.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your order.

An order may not be considered successfully paid until payment authorization and processing have been completed.

8. Made-to-Order Products

Some products are produced after an order is placed rather than being held as finished inventory.

Production times for made-to-order products may vary based on product complexity, order volume, equipment availability, materials, and other production conditions.

Any production estimate provided is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.

9. Custom Orders

Custom products may require additional communication, specifications, artwork, reference materials, approvals, or other information before production can begin.

Customers are responsible for reviewing custom-order details and providing accurate information before approving production.

Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may result in additional charges or additional production time.

10. Customer-Provided Content

When you provide artwork, logos, photographs, text, designs, files, or other materials for a custom product, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission for us to use those materials to complete your order.

We may decline requests that we reasonably believe violate intellectual-property rights, applicable law, or our business policies.

11. Shipping

Shipping options, charges, and other shipping information are described during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Carrier delivery dates and transit times may be outside the direct control of Whimsical Forge Designs.

12. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be offered for eligible orders when that option is enabled during checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attempting to pick it up.

Pickup instructions may be provided during checkout, by email, or through your order information.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order cancellations are governed by our Return Policy.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may have different return or cancellation eligibility than standard inventory products because they are produced specifically for a customer.

14. Product Reviews

Customers may be able to submit product reviews through our website.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences with the product and should not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unrelated content.

We may moderate, decline, or remove submitted reviews when reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity, safety, and relevance of the review system.

Do not include private information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, or order access information in public review text.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically grant rights to reproduce, distribute, digitize, manufacture, or commercially copy the underlying design.

We work to keep the website available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily restrict, suspend, update, or maintain portions of the website when reasonably necessary.

18. Limitation of Liability
